36氪获悉，据商务部消息， 2026年7月21日，韩国LG Energy Solution Ltd.、美国LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口或在美销售的特定二次圆柱形电池、电池组件及包含该组件的产品（Certain Secondary Cylindrical Batteries, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）侵犯其专利权，请求发起337调查并发布有限排除令和禁止令。其中，中国三家企业涉案。
